Enchilada’s Sauce
Description
2 pks chili powder1 can mole poblano La Victoria brand
1 cooking spoon of lard melted.
Add two pks of chili powder and add 3 tablespoon flour. Mix well together and add water about 1 qt or so if thin add flour to thicken. Filling Jack cheese grated with chopped onions. Onions - hamburger’s. Fry zortias in oil dip in sauce and put on cookie sheet to roll in the ingredients.
