3 heaping measuring cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 or little more tablespoon white vinegar 1 egg unbeaten 1 cup and 1 oz cold water
Knead dough and cut top like a four-leaf clover. Put in about 1 lb Crisco into the dough and let it set 15 minutes. Then open dough about two feet fold end towards the middle and refold the sides in. Put in refrigerator for half hour to rest. Repeat. Roll out and fold dough into three folds. 3 times. Let stand each time ½ hr. Bake in oven 400 degrees.
