Apple Cake Raw Apples

Description

2 cups apples shredded
One egg
1 cup sugar
½ cup or ¼ cup Mazola
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and bake 350 - 40 minutes.
