Kurabia Cookies

Description

2 cup sweet rendered butter - heat 45 minutes
2 cups fine sugar
4 cups flour
3 1/3 cup flour is better
1 tablespoon brandy or Rackie
2 laner vanilla or almond
2 teaspoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon almond extract. Use either flavor

Makes about 105. 350 degree 10-15 minutes
