2 cups Wesson Oil
1/s cup orange juice
½ cup water
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
5 ½ cups flour
Filling Chopped nuts, sugar to taste, cinnamon
Put about a teaspoon or little less filling into the cookie open like a kufta. Put on small part of grader for design. Make balls a size of a small walnut – open like kufta. Bake 400 degrees - a little light brown color.
Syrup to dip cookies
Bring honey and very little water added to a boil. Dip cookies while warm in honey and dip or sprinkle walnuts.
