Ma'moul Cookie

Description

3 cubes butter melted
1 cake yeast
1-28 oz cream of wheat
1 cup milk

Mix and knead butter, yeast, cream of wheat, and milk

2 cups ground walnuts
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 oz milk

Mix walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and 2 oz milk in another bowl. Take bits of cream wheat mixture size of walnuts. Make opening like Kufta, fill with walnuts mixture and close. Shape like Koofta. Place in a cookie sheet and bake 325. Sprinkle powder sugar.
