To make 40 or more kuftas or more
4 cans garbanzo
3 large potatoes
1 ¼ cup small boulgour
1 2/3 cups of cream of wheat
1 cup (heaping) minute Quick Quakers Oats
2 or 3 eggs unbeaten
Filling
2 heaping cups of walnuts
7 or 6 large onions at least 11 inches in diameter
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup tahini
12 oz peanut butter
1 large bunch of parsley
Seasoning paprika salt to taste, black pepper, cayenne pepper
