Description
Ingredients:
2 lbs. lean meat cut into 1/2 inch or larger pieces
2 large onions, chopped
3 large garlic cloves chopped
black pepper, salt, and cinnamon
3 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup wine
Preparation:
Soak the meat in cold water. In a pan, saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until soft. Then take the meat out of the water, squeeze the water out gently and add the meat to the frying pan and cook until it changes color. Add the water, salt, pepper, and cinnamon and cook for 15 to 20 minutes longer in Presto (pressure cooker) on low heat. Then add wine and boil 1 to 2 minutes longer in the pressure cooker and turn off heat.
