Description
Saute three large onions in plenty of olive oil.
Wash ride and add to it.
Then add chopped walnut, tomato juice, and pepper
The add some lemon juice and a little sugar.
Can also use dry eggplant as well grape leaves. If you use dry eggplant, one needs to soak it and then boil them for ten or fifteen minutes before stuffing them.
