Description
1 cup lentils
1/4 cup rice
1 or 2 medium size onions, quartered
4-5 cups water
Salt
pepper
crushed mint
Use olive oil or butter Wash lentils and rice, start cooking lentils with cold water, when it starts boiling add the rice, onions, salt, oiland mint. Lower the heat and cook about 20 mins with cover on.
