Pumpkin Jam (Two Recipes)
Description
Pumpkin Jam 12 spoon lemon juice
1 lb sugar
1 lb pumpkin
2 cups water
1 full cup pumpkin
10 lb pumpkin
Place the pumpkin in a large container of water é plaster of Paris over it. Then wash well 5-6 times. The water should cover the pumpkin.
Pumpkin Jam 2
Boil the sugar & water then add the pumpkins, boil with the cover open. ½ an hr before completely cooked add the cloves & the lemon juice (2 tbsp) cover & cook. All together 2 to 2 ½ hrs.
4 lbs pumpkin.
4 lbs sugar
½ pound Plaster of Paris (keerej)
Spread some bread crumbs over it. In the tray or the bottom put some crisco & Bread crumbs. Cook in 350°C until gets roasted & pink
