Description
1 lb (quince)
1 lb. sugar
1 cup water
Few pieces cloves
few pieces cinnamon
Cut & cube the quinee & put it in a pan, pour the sugar over it. After 24 hrs, add the water & cook on a low fire without the cover. Add some lemon juice. After it absorbs all the water add the clove & cinnamon, half covered the pan & cook on low fire.
