Description
1 lb Quince
1 lb sugar
1 cup water
a few sages a few sticks of cinnamon
Peel quince, chop them into small pieces in a pot, add sugar over, after 24 hours add water, and cook in medium temperature without covering, adding lemon juice, cook until water is drawn, add cinnamon and sage, cover lid half-way and cook in low heat.
