Description
1 large can chicken broth
(1/2 can of water)
1/2 cup lentils
Onions
Butter
Mint
(Add egg noodles also)
Warm chicken broth, then add lentils. When lentils are done, add noodles. Sauté onions in butter. When browned, add mint. Pour this sauté over lentil soup.
