Ingredients
½ cup small (fine) bughloor
1 cup vosp (orange lentils)
8 cups of water
cut onions (chopped very fine) and sauté in 1/2 stick of butter
4 medium carrots, cut (fine)
½ stick of butter
Sauté mint or rahan
Dry parsley for color
In discussion with Rose..."You can also make it with 1/2 chicken broth. Use your common sense."
