Description
Pie Crust:
⅛ lb. butter or oleo
12 whole graham crackers, crushed
Mix together and press into pie plate
Filling:
1 lb. cream cheese
2 eggs
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix very slowly for about 20 minutes. Pour into crust. Bake for 20 minutes in 350° oven.
Topping:
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar
Mix and pour over baked pie. Bake for 5 minutes in 475° oven.
