Beat together:
16 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Place vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake liner. Top with mixture to 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. (Depending on your oven, maybe try 375°.)
Place 1 Tbsp. of Comstock cherry filling on top.

Beat together:
16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 tsps. vanilla
1 large can (1 lb. 13 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
Fill cupcake liner 2/3 full with mixture and bake 8-10 mins. at 325°.
Top with 1 Tbsp. of drained crushed pineapple.
Makes 16-20 cupcakes.
