Description
4 cups shredded zucchini
1-1/4 cups biscuit flour
4 large eggs
3 tablespoons parsley
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup oil (Mazola or Wesson)
1/2 to 1 tsp. fenugreek
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. spice chila salsa (?)
You can substitute salt to your own taste in
place of the fenugreek and garlic powder.
Beat well biscuit flour and eggs.
Mix in well the remaining ingredients with a beater.
Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan, 350° for 1/2 hour
or til good + browned.
