Divided into 4 large pans to cook.5 bags (3 lb. each) onions
15 cups rice
5 cans (15 oz.) tomato sauce
5 cups lemon juice
6 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. pepper
2-1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 container parsley (to taste)
1/4 cup basil
7-1/2 cups olive oil
Yield approx. 400-500
