« Previous ItemNext Item » Recipe Stuffed Burger Cups Description1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1 egg 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 2 Tbsp. chopped onion 1-1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 (8 oz.) or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1-1/2 cups cooked rice 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped) 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning Combine first 6 ingredients with 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Form 6 cup-shaped patties. Brown patties in shallow baking dish at 450°. Drain the fat. Combine rice with remaining ingredients except the tomato sauce. Fill burger cups with the mixture. Pour in remaining sauce.
