Description
1-1/4 lbs. ground chuck
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
8 oz. egg noodles
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/4 cups small curd cottage cheese
red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown the ground chuck. Add the tomato sauce,
salt and pepper.
Cook the egg noodles.
In a medium bowl mix the sour cream, cottage cheese,
and red pepper flakes. Add the noodles. Add the green onion.
Layer 1/2 the noodles then 1/2 the meat in a baking
dish. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheddar cheese on top. Repeat.
Bake at 350° until the cheese is melted, about 20 mins.
