Description
A mixture of 1½ " cubes of
1) steak - London Broil, etc.
2) chicken - boneless breasts.
3) onions
4) bell peppers,
5) whole mushrooms
Marinate all together in oil, teriyaki, red wine, if available. Lots of garlic and ground pepper. Leave overnight in fridge or for a few hours, same day. Skewer them together and barbecue to your taste.
