1-1/2 lb. round steak 1/4" thick
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Wesson Oil
1 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup water
Cut steak into strips about 2 inches long
+ 1 inch wide. Pound meat.
Brush with soy sauce, sprinkle with flour
and salt.
Brown in Wesson Oil over medium heat.
Add green pepper + water. Cover.
Simmer 35-45 min.
