Fudge (2)

Description

1-3/4 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
6 Tbsp. butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts

Combine sugar, milk + marshmallows in pot.
Bring to a boil. Turn to low, 5 min. until
mix forms a soft ball - 235° to 245° on
thermometer.

While cooking above combine butter + chocolate
chips in microwave on High 1 min. until almost
melted.

Remove from heat. Add vanilla + stir.

Once sugar mix is ready pour 2 together and
stir until smooth. Spray or line 8x8 baking dish.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
