Description
1 cup dzeddzadz (barley) cook + drain
Cut up giblets - fry in butter or oil.
Add 6 stalks chopped celery and
1/2 chopped green pepper. Don't overcook.
When transparent, add sliced onion. Cook
a few more minutes.
Last add 1/2 bunch chopped parsley. Taste
for seasoning: salt, pepper, paprika.
Add dzeddzadz and let sit.
