Description
2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
2 eggs
¾ cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
Beat well.
Place vanilla wafer in the bottom of foil cupcake paper, fill ¾ full.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 min.
Cool.
Put cherry pie filling on top.
Makes 18.
(I used paper cupcake holders.)
Optional:
add ¼ cup sour cream
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp lemon juice
[that night I put in the optionals but put some whipped cream instead of sour cream]
