Description
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
Parmesian cheese
1/2 lb bacon (crushed)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar (You may use wine vinegar instead of cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 hard boil egg (minced)
Combine garlic, paprika, pepper, salt, lemon juice
and vinegar. While beating with wire whip add oil,
then add sour cream and beat till smooth. Chill
before serving.
Just as you are ready to serve add Parmesean cheese,
bacon bits and chopped eggs.
