Description
Serves 10
Boil:
6 sliced carrots
6 sliced potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
Cover with chicken stock and cook.
Put entire batch through the blender
adding:
1/2 stick butter & 1/4 cup sour cream
Season with salt & pepper. If soup is too thick, thin with water. Top with shredded cheese.
