Description
3 cans Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
2-1/2 lbs. ground lamb - part beef
1 large can tomatoes - 2 lb. 3 oz. size
(whole + drained)
1 small can tomato paste - 6 oz. size
2 bell peppers - diced
5 onions - diced
2 large bunches parsley - chopped (3 bunches if small)
salt and pepper
Mint, cayenne, garlic powder, pepper, allspice
Mix all ingredients together. Knead.
Put flour in paper bag & shake Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits in the flour.
Roll out biscuits, and add more flour if necessary.
Cover with meat mixture to edges.
Bake at 450° on bottom shelf for 10 mins.
Move to top shelf for 5 minutes.
Makes 30 lahmajoons.
