Description
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2-1/2 cups blueberries
Cream butter + sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, blend well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, alternately with milk.
Mash 1/2 cup berries & stir in by hand.
Stir in rest of berries.
Pile high in muffin tins. (These do not rise)
5½x5½ parchment paper for tins.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 375° for 25-30 min.
