Description
Mix 2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoons salt in a saucepan; add 2 cups water and 2 tablespoons butter. Heat to boiling. Lower heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool, and add vanilla. May be served either hot or cold.
