Description
4 c rhubarb, cut fine
4 c sugar
1 pkg strawberry gelatin (3oz)
Boil rhubarb and sugar 15 min. Take from heat and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved and put into jars. This must be used within several weeks and kept stored in the refrigerator. Variation: (Mix in drained, crushed pineapple - amounts vary.) I use an 8 oz. can. - find this keeps several months
Grape - 1 pkg. Jello Sugar
2 Cups Jce 1 Cup puree + 1 Cup
