Description

375° about 12 mins

1 ¾ C. flour
1 ½ t. Baking Powder
¾ t. Baking Soda
½ Salt
⅓ C. Sugar

Mix together

Cut in 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter

Stir in 1 ⅓ cups old fashion oatmeal

½ C. Currents - ½ Cup Yogurt
½ beaten egg - save other for brushing

tops - You could add ½ C. of chocolate bits
