1 medium onion grated
fresh parsley
1/4 tsp allspice
optional:
1/4 cup bread crums
sliced chopped fine green peppers
Roll Hamburg into tubular style 4" long x 1 1/4" thick
& broil 5 min per side.
Dilute 1/3 cup tomatoe sauce with 1/3 cup water & baste each hamburg
