Mexican Wedding Cookies

Mix by hand or with beater
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Then add 1 cup chopped walnuts

Shape dough into small balls or shape dough like horseshoes
Place cookies on parchment paper
Bake in 275° oven for 40 minutes
