Coconut Macroons

2 pkgs. coconuts (14 oz total)
1 can sweet & condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites beaten
pinch of salt

Add egg whites to coconut mixture: scoop batter on parchment paper.

Bake 325° for 20 min
