Buttermilk Chocolate Cake by Mary Brandt’s

Description

1 pk Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
3 tablespoon soft butter

Frosting

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg (small) chocolate chips
Dash of salt, vanilla

Put on low heat and heat only until chips are dissolved and heat them together and put on cake.
