Description
Breast of chicken 6 ½ lbs.
1 chopped onion fine salt to wilt
1 ½ green pepper not fine
1 stalk celery or more
1 cucumber
if you want to be put in 1 large head of lettuce not fine
1 pimento pepper
½ cup chopped parsley
Fine grated carrots for color
Seasoning
Mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper accent
Garnish with boiled eggs and black olives. Asparagus if you wish.
