Description
Boil:
4 cups chicken broth
1 cut up onion (small)
1/2 cup fresh or dry parsley
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 can tomatoe sauce (4 oz)
2 cups large bulghur - 1 stick butter
Butter noodles & make pilaf. - Use 3/4 cup orzo
Boil onions, parsley, peppers, tomatoe sauce in chicken broth.
Then add bulghur.
Cover. Let cook about 10 - 15 minutes
