Northbridge High School Football Programs: Hudson High School Jamboree--Friday, September 10, 1948 at Riverside Park, 8 o'clock

Description

Northbridge High School football programs were sold as pre-game fundraisers. Programs listed player's names from both teams, their jersey numbers and game positions. Several NHS team members were first generation American born Armenian boys. These programs were collected and annotated with last minute changes made by coaches/captains prior to the matches by Seb Kalousdian who also played for Northbridge during this period. Programs also contained local advertising from Whitinsville and surrounding businesses. Cover graphic artist is Larry Tisdale.

The Northbridge High School Rams were invited to play in this Jamboree against Hudson High School for the very first time, with John Doldoorrian as captain.
