Pork Chop
Fry meat in a frying pan. In another pan sauté olive oil, onions, garlic and mint. Add little ginger rubab, red wine. And after a few minutes add a little maple syrup. Add this sauce on the meat before serving each plate. A little canola oil A little allspice A little cumin Salt, red pepper, lemon juice, and a little honey
Pork Tenderloin
Fresh garlic Rosemary (Don’t add the salt before it is cooked)
