Description
2 lbs. meat (London Broil)
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup bread powdered
Pistachio nuts
Salt
Pepper
Tomato sauce
Water
Garlic
Cooking vinegar
Mix meat, egg yolk, bread powder, pistachios, salt and pepper, shape it and refrigerate for two hours or overnight. Cook in the hot sauce for 2 hours with low heat.
