Description
Cut ½ lb. lean beef into strips and brown in 2 Tbsps. Wesson Oil
Add 1 onion and 1 green pepper, sliced
Add 1 cup each; sliced celery and gr. beans (lengthwise)
Cook 3-5 min. Combine 4 tsp. cornstarch with a Tbsp. soy sauce and ¾ cup water, add to skillet.
Stir in 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Cook 5 min. until liquid is clear and shiny and beans are tender.
Salt. Garnish with pimentos.
Serve with rice.
