Here's what's cooking: Mexican Wedding Cookies
Recipe from the kitchen of:

Mix:
2 sticks butter (room temp.)
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Add 1 cup walnuts.
Place on parchment paper.
Bake 275° 40 min.

When cool, dust with confectioner sugar
