Ingredients
2 (3oz) packages lime jello
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp salt
2 cups boiling water
1 (16oz) can sliced peaches
Less than 1 tbsp lemon juice
2 (3oz) packages of cream cheese
Directions
Dissolve jello, sugar, and salt in boiling water.
Drain peaches.
Measure peach syrup and add water to make 1 ½ cups of liquid.
Stir liquid and lemon juice into jello. Soften cream cheese and blend into 1 cup of warm jello. Pour into a 5 cup mold and chill until set but not firm. Chill the rest of the jello until thickened. Stir in peaches. Spoon over the cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm.
8-10 servings.
