Description
Ingredients
2 eggplants
¼ cup garlic
½ cup parsley
¼ cup or more lemon juice
Instructions
Bake eggplant for about 30 minutes turning slowly.
Take out and let cool.
Take inside out and put in sieve to drain.
Put in processor.
Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
