Description
2 cups sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup oleo
4 eggs
1 large sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
3¾ cups flour
1 cup sliced dates
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup chopped cherries
Cream together eggs, sugar, oleo, sour cream and vanilla.
Add baking soda to flour & mix well into above mixture.
Fold in dates, cherries & nuts.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Bake 1 hour & 15 min at 350°
Cool before removing from pan.
