Description
Dissolve large 6 oz. pkg. of lime Jello in 2 cups of boiling water; slightly cool. Fold in 3 oz. pkg. of cream cheese (whip cream cheese room temperature).
Add 10 oz. can crushed pineapple, 2/3 c. chopped celery, some maraschino cherries (cut up), ¼ c. chopped walnuts. Last fold in ½ pint heavy cream (whipped). Pour into mold and chill until firm.
